Where did you grow up, and what brought you to Harrisonburg?

I grew up in Varde, Denmark. I moved to Harrisonburg in 2010 to join Rosetta Stone Labs

How does your faith happen in your daily life?

There are no deities in my life, but I have faith that I can navigate the blooming, buzzing confusion and sometimes make meaningful changes and be stoic, when I can't.

What is a fun fact about you that may surprise people?

That I was baptized in the 800-year-old St Jacobi Church (Lutheran, like most churches in Denmark).

What’s the most inspiring part of your job?

That I get to serve the community instead of the stockholders and occasionally get to listen to pipe organ music while working.

Everybody being off work and all shops closed, the tv and the internet turned off, so we can focus on the other things.
